I just purchased an 07 Kawasaki Ninja 500r. I have 400 miles on it so far and purchased an HID Upgrade today. Here is what I have. The ballast says Pilot USA HID. HID Ballast for Xenon Bulbs.

I believe the model number (which is right above the S/N is "CNBRT-001-HID"

Can someone explain how to install this. I purchased it from the place I bought the bike. They said the hardest part was to find a place to mount the ballast. The kit will hook up to the stock harness with no problems. Do I need to take the fairing off to get inside the headlight casing? Can I do this from the back of the casing. I have been searching around and can not find any information on my particular bike. THe light is a 35W 6000K H4 bulb. Thank you so much. I want to change the stock lights of my 08 bmw x3 to xenon lights and have a few questions. Do i just buy bulbs and change them or do i need a full conversion kit. and if i need the kit is it a hard process to do.

which bulb is better in term of brightness and life…?

which one doesnt have the yellowish color like the stock light bulb?

If i just buy the stock xenon bulb and put it in my stock headlight… would it give me the bluish color even though i dont have the conversion kit?…

I wanted the converssion kit but im afraid i can get a ticket for it… or i could blind on coming traffic even more since i dont have projector headlight…. any advice or tips would be appreciated.. thanks u

Im looking for a 8000k 35w hid kit for the fog light but idk if it might melt the housing? One housing is stock and the other is replacement brand fog lamp housing

I would like to replace the stock halogen headlight bulbs with xenon for a Land Rover L3. Is it a simple swap or is there more to it?

ive got a 2002 vw bora, and i wanted to get the xenon and fog lights for it, so what can i do to get both in one headlight, shall i get a headlight containing all or add to my stock headlight the xenon bulbs and the fog lenses.

I ordered the high and low xenon bulbs off eBay one h9 and one h7 the h7 prongs are too close together too small but everywhere I look that’s what it calls for h9 high beam / h7 low beam are there different h7 sizes / wattage ? Why did it not fit / it looks the same as stock but the prongs/ plugs are too close together too small??? Help!!!

I have stock headlights and i want to make the lights brighter. However I dont want to buy a HID conversion kit. I see Xenon light bulbs on ebay and at local auto stores. Do xenon bulbs require conversion kits or are they plug and play? also i want to do this to my foglights, but i dont know if i have to buy special bulbs for that too
also whats a good brightness to aim for in xenon lights?
