Is there a "daylight" bulb for a shop light that uses a Quartz Halogen double ended bulb?

I saw on the internet that you can use shop lights as budget lighting kits for photography. I had two laying around my house and they work nice, but the light they produce is horrible. They have a 500w double ended bulb and they produce a yellow color. I wanted to know if there is a bulb I can use with the shop lights that produces clean bright white light. I have seen other bulbs that are “daylight” equivalent with a rating of like 5000k. Is there a bulb like that or close to that I can use for my shop lights? Thanks.

BMW Angel Eyes, Bulbs, Halos & Headlights – BMW Expert Guide

www.stealthauto.com This video walks you through the basics of what you need to know when upgrading your angel eye headlights. BMW Angel eyes are car lights (actually lighted rings) which are installed inside your bmw headlights. The rings are installed/attached around low beam and high beam shrouds of regular or projector headlights. In the past Angel eyes have also been known as halo headlights or “demon eyes”for the intimidating look they give to the vehicle when it’s seen coming down the road. They also make a terrific compliment to your HID fog lights. Angel Eyes typically light up using LED or CCFL technology and therefore have no moving or rotating parts within the lights. They are a single ring with the lighting mechanism built into the ring itself. To find our more, simply visit us at www.stealthauto.com. Check out our favorite Facebook back at www.facebook.com

Will halogen quartz light reduce output noticeably over time?

I had a photo halogen light (500 Watt) for couple of years. I remember when I got it seemed very bright. Now it seems to be much dimmer. I’m wondering if it’s time to change the bulb, or perhaps just my perception changed over time… What’s your take, do these bulbs get weaker with time?

New xenon halogen headlight bulbs causing problems normal?

I put 9007 6000k off brand company 55/65 watts bulbs in my 2002 f150 just for a cheap way to make my headlights whiter. Since I put them in many of my interior instruments are dim or off. why is it doing this?
Response to answers: Ok I have a pretty well working battery so is that really the problem? And when the car is running shouldn’t the alternator be bringing enough power to light the bulb and not dim the instruments? Why would the battery still effect it when its running?
